【產品簡介】

- 痰咳清是呼吸道粘液分泌促進劑。它具有促造肺表面活性物質的生成,刺激纖毛活性的作用,其作用結果可增加粘液的流動和道送,(粘膜纖毛的清除作用)。在臨床藥理事研究中已表明,本品能增強粘膜纖毛的清除作用,並且增加粘液分泌,使分泌物易於排出,而減輕咳嗽症狀。

- 用於治療因支氣管疾病而引起之異常粘稠分泌物(痰) 和幫助排走頑痰

- 痰咳清一般耐受良好,有輕微腸胃的副作用(主要為胃灼熱感、消化不良、偶有噁心、嘔吐)。此類副作用主要在非口服給藥時出現。

- 香港醫務衛生署註冊號碼:Reg.No. HK-46048

- 30°C以下存放。

【禁忌】

對痰咳清的主要活性成分過敏者禁用。

【服法及用量】

劑量:飯後用水送服。成人:每日2次,每次1-2片。

Descriptions

- Each tablet contains: Ambroxol HCI 30 mg.

- Ambroxol has been shown to increase respiratory tract secretion. It enhances pulmonary surfactant production and stimulates ciliary activity. The result in improved mucus flow and transport (mucociliary clearance). Improvement of mucociliary clearance has been shown in clinical pharmacological studies. Enhancement of fluid secretion and mucociliary clearance facilitates expectoration and eases cough.

Indication

Secretolytic therapy in bronchopulmonary disease associated with abnormal mucus secretion and impaired mucus transport.

Dosage

The tablet should be taken after meals with water.

Adult: Oral, 1-2 Tablet(s) twice daily.

Contraindication

Ambroxol should not be used in patients known to be hypersensitive to the active ingredient.

Interactions

- Administration of Ambroxol together with antibiotics (Amoxycillin, Cefuroxime, Erythromycin, Doxycycline) leads to higher antibiotic concentration in the lung tissue.

- Keep this and all medicines out of reach of children. Store below 30°C.
